About SJPS Foundation
St. Joseph Public Schools has enjoyed a long tradition of excellence, which reflects the values of the community it serves.
The Foundation was established in 1996 by a group of citizens to ensure that the quality of education for students is maintained at a high standard. Independent of the school district, this group of volunteers strives to carry out the mission "to raise, steward and distibute resources to enrich the education of students in the St. Joseph Public Schools."
The St. Joseph Public School Foundation is committed to securing and delivering the needed support for excellence in the St. Joseph Public Schools. In doing so, the Foundation will maintain, expand and enhance the educational opportunities of our children and, thus, the future of the community.
We can offer no greater gift to our children than to dedicate ourselves to educational excellence.
